First of all I'll write about myself then underneath I'll post a screenshot.

How long have you been playing Origins(Please specify)?:
Recently.
Amount of time you can spend time on Origins?
I can be on from the moment I wake to the moment my eyes are too tired to stay awake.
Do you have any past experience as being a Game Master?:
Yes, I have owned a server and have did all the maps for it. I have also mapped for a few other servers but have quit because they couldn't be arsed to progress further.
What kind of Game Master you would like to apply with us?:
Both a moderator and a mapper.
Why do you think you'd be a good addition to the current team?:
For one I am reliable, on each day all day, if anyone needs me I can be there, I am dedicated to my duties.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us about you?:
I am 18 years old, I'm online all day everyday except from the time I'm sleeping. I map all day because I love it. I am usually a kind person unless someone starts on me for no-reason. I stick to my admin duties such as; No helping players level, no giving them free items, do not abuse admin commands, do not purposely kick people, help players with the info they need, etc.
