scav bow users no damage being delt to monsters but healin is still being received. scav bow doing 0 damage on npc's. maybe all bows.

I added a return; at the end of the aoe type if(aoe->type == 3) { All the healing stuff for aoe type 3 return; } the return basicly skips all the other data for attacking because of the reurn;. The scav shouldnt even have this "no items should yet its still in the test phase" i will remove it from the scav and thank you for the bug report!
