a training dummy gym engine

i would like to request a training dummy gym system for newbland many newbs think it is hard to train

set it like mineing or fishing make it require user to equip a type of weapon
and hit the training dummy and gain experiance per hit' but put a time limmit
on the tile infront of the training dummy that warps player outside when timer reaches 2 minutes so from when they stepped on the tile so they cant go afk while doing it.

I agree because when i first started this game i found it strange how rats could hit 8+ on me and kill me in 2 shots (as that was only 2 weeks ago) this would give the admins more time to themselves to train because the newbs wont be bothering them about how hard it is to level.
